It is pretty basic, but does the job perfectly. Arrived very dusty and slightly scratched, but nothing obvious or that a touch-up pen cannot fix. The instructions were basic as well, but the assembly was straightforward. Having paid $10 for the bookshelf, I'm happy to give it 5 starts. Had I paid the listed $35.99 instead, I would be pushed to give it 4. Looks great covered with books, though.
