I really like the look of this stand. It is very easy to assemble. However, I did not know the black 'legs' were plastic. This cheapens it... nonetheless, I am happy that I purchased it.

i knew what i was ordering because i bought two small end tables from CVS a few months ago that were the same brand. they take only about a minute to put together (no tools needed)and serves it purpose well. we have it besides our sofa so my husband has a place to put his drink/snacks or phone. i suggest always using a coaster as we do, you dont want to get them wet for and extended period of time.... it may warp the top. a couple of the corners had a few scratches so i put them to the back and bottom of the shelves. not a big deal at all. great idea for anyone looking to buy a shelf that looks good, holds alot of weight and cost almost nothing.

The shelf space is smaller than expected as the plastic rods get in the way. Other than that, exactly as described and very stable on short, tile carpeting.
