It is flimsy and misaligned. The storage-drawers are nice and the steam-birch-finish looks good, but again the edging is of poor quality. I am afraid to store more than 5 pounds per shelf. As a result, the only stability this product gets is from the cardboard backer panel. In addition, pounding in the dowels correctly will take some practice, since it is quite easy to underdo or overdo. The money you save is not worth the time you will waste, or the flimsiness of the final result.
